SHIPPING: We normally use USPS for both domestic and international shipping, though in some cases, at our discretion, we may choose to ship orders via UPS Ground.  We highly recommend adding insurance to your order, especially if it exceeds $100 in value.  This can be done as you go through the easy checkout procedure.  Express Mail includes $100 insurance.

A WORD ABOUT EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING:   Please understand that this is strictly a SHIPPING OPTION.  It does not infer nor imply that we offer a 1-day rush service.  While in most cases we do ship within one business day, this cannot be guaranteed across the board due to the many factors that can come into play, such as unexpected inventory drains (for example someone orders all that we have of an item the day before your order comes in for the same item), order volume (which can cause backups in the system), and shortage of personnel.  If you select Express Mail, your shipment will arrive in less time than, generally, than if you choose Priority Mail.

INSURANCE:  Express Mail (both domestic and International) provides up to $100 USD insurance for you.  If your order exceeds this amount, we urge you to add extra insurance during checkout.  Priority Mail shipments are NOT insured unless you add it.  If your package is not insured, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that might occur during shipping.

ATTENTION CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: We have experienced a few Customs delays on certain items. Please understand we have no control on items once they are shipped and that some orders have been held for 30 or even 60 days. Please realize we have no control on this. To reduce the chances of your items getting held up, please use Express Mail International.  Even better, if you live near the border arrange for someone in the U.S. to receive your order and pick it up from them.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: That just about says it all. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item, return it undamaged for a no-questions-asked refund! The only exception to this is educational CDs, DVDs and e-books -- simply because they are too easy to copy or otherwise reproduce.
