We stand by every product we sell. We only sell the highest quality items. If you are for any reasons not satisfied with any of the items you order, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments and that you are highly encouraged to buy insurance and tracking (which is mandatory for big orders).

Our satisfaction guarantee covers every item we sell. Simply return the items within 30 days for a full refund of the item's price if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  The item or items, of course, must not have been used and should be returned in the original packaging.  If you are returning an item that was received damaged, please contact us first for instructions.

EXCEPTIONS:  We cannot refund purchases of CD-ROM or DVD format items for obvious reasons.  Also, downloaded material such as e-books are not refundable.
