The Mini Speedex is possibly the most ubiquitous key machine in the U.S.A., found in more Locksmith shops than any other model. This is a great testament to the durability and the reliability of this particular machine, and to HPC's commitment to producing fine key machines.
Not enough can be said about the HPC 1200CMB. This is also called the "Blitz" because it has been blessed with improved gearing on both the horizontal and vertical axes (an upgrade from the original 1200CM), making everything faster to work with. Like the Mini Speedex, the Blitz key machine enjoys nationwide, if not worldwide, popularity because it is easy to use, wears like a tank, and is super reliable.
I've had two 1200's in my 25 years of Locksmithing. The first one lasted until it was stolen out of my work van, after over 17 years of constant use. After that I purchased a Blitz (1200CMB) and I couldn't be happier. I'm almost grateful to the no-good freaks who broke into my van.
We have chosen to offer only these two models because we feel totally comfortable standing behind the quality HPC has built into them, and larger and more expensive types of key duplicator are generally purchased by large commercial shops who can purchase their machines at below wholesale.
