CO11 SUPER SLIM JIM
Who hasn't heard of a Slim Jim? . . . and I'm not talking about jerked beef here.
The Slim Jim has been around since I can remember and I was using them when I first started Locksmithing back in 1983. I'm sure they were being used decades before that.
The CO11 is called the Super Slim Jim, or Super Jim, because it is slightly wider than most other versions and a bit stiffer. I like this model because it has a little more heft to it, retains the bend you put into it (contrary to popular belief you rarely use a Slim Jim without a bend in it), and it is also a bit longer than some others.
I still use the CO11 to this day on about 25% of the cars I open. If it works, why not?
